Job Overview:

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to staff within the facilities team, focusing on areas such as health and safety, customer service, and technical skills.

They will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design and deliver engaging training sessions that meet the needs of the facilities team.
  • To work closely with subject matter experts to develop and maintain up-to-date training materials.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of delivering training and developing others, ideally within a facilities or cleaning services environment.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, with competence in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and learning management platforms.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • An excellent benefits package, including 26 days holiday plus approx. 16 Bank Holidays/days that the University is closed by custom (including Christmas), access to on-site childcare, shopping discounts, and travel schemes.
