Construction Industry Sales Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work on major projects, selling predominantly the hire of ground shoring products, including high capacity propping solutions. You will spend approximately 2 days per week visiting construction sites and customer offices, while working from home the remainder of the time. A hybrid role that combines field sales experience with technical knowledge, requiring a good blend of new business and account management.
Key Requirements:
- Field sales or technical experience in the ground shoring, temporary works, or civil engineering industry
- Strong understanding of high capacity ground shoring propping solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
