Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Major Projects Sales Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a sales professional with expertise in ground shoring and groundwork solutions, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with tier 1 contractors, consultants, and groundworkers, and growing the divisional turnover by £1m.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on major projects, selling predominantly the hire of ground shoring products, including high capacity propping solutions. You will spend approximately 2 days per week visiting construction sites and customer offices, while working from home the remainder of the time. A hybrid role that combines field sales experience with technical knowledge, requiring a good blend of new business and account management.

Key Requirements:

  • Field sales or technical experience in the ground shoring, temporary works, or civil engineering industry
  • Strong understanding of high capacity ground shoring propping solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
