Corporate and Strategic Partnership Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate and Strategic Partnership Lead to join our client's Global Healthcare Unit.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the Global Healthcare Unit. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the unit's expansion into new territories and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation and onboarding of new Global insurer relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and negotiate commercial arrangements and underlying contracts
  • Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Development on strategic group-led projects and transversal initiatives
  • Drive synergies, best practices, and continuous improvement within the Global Healthcare Unit
  • Analyze and optimize the operating model and legal setup to support business growth

Requirements:
