Job Summary

Hooray Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Residential Compliance Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for ensuring the team has the latest knowledge of and is operating within the latest SRA guidelines and best industry practice processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the review of quality control systems, developing and implementing new policies and procedures to tackle areas of non-compliance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of qualified lawyers and conveyancers.
  • As a senior member of the business, you will also play a key external role, attending seminars and trade events, and positioning the company as a forward-thinking law firm.

Requirements

  • Qualified and experienced solicitor with experience of a broad residential property case load.
  • Team management, coaching, and engagement experience.
  • Interest and experience in managing technical and compliance.
