Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, capable of managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, coordinating with suppliers and service providers to maintain office operations.
  • Maintain and organize both digital and physical files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and can be easily retrieved.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, assisting in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Accurately enter data into company databases and systems, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the information.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and assist in updating them as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
