About the Role

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Stevenage. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team to deliver positive outcomes for our service users, working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a care management role, a Level 5 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
