Job Overview

At Brush Transformers, we are seeking a highly skilled Building Sustainability Specialist to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and have a strong background in building services engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate qualification in either building services, architectural engineering or sustainability related degree and must possess working knowledge of IESVE software, preferably accredited.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting analysis of building sustainability measures throughout design stages, delivering sustainability analysis and reporting, and working closely with clients and design teams to provide optimal building design solutions through iterative and parametric simulations.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct building physics analysis and deliver sustainability reports.
  • Develop detailed briefs of mechanical and electrical building services requirements and produce documentation demonstrating clear understanding of client needs.
  • Work with the project team to manage Rybka's multidisciplinary offering, ensuring all internal aspects of programme delivery are met.
  • Develop effective working relationships with the wider design team to ensure whole construction project delivers client needs.
