Equipment Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Reliability Specialist to join our team in Bromborough. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive improvements in site asset performance, ensuring safe and reliable equipment for manufacturing colleagues.
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - Days only
Main Responsibilities:- To focus on enhancing the reliability of all site assets, thereby improving overall efficiency.
- Undertake planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance throughout the site.
- To identify opportunities for improvement and lead projects from scope to implementation, focusing on equipment reliability and performance.
- Participate in and lead root cause analysis activities on site, driving engineering-led improvements.
- Execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities to agreed standards, prioritizing safety at all times.
