Physiotherapist Team Lead Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist and Team Lead.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in neurological clinical practice, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
The team provides specialist community therapy intervention to patients with a wide range of neurological conditions and presentations, and the post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized programs of rehabilitation to meet the needs of patients with varying complexity.
The Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team is based at Adelaide Health Centre in Southampton, and the post holder will have access to resources and training to develop their skills and expertise.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead the development and implementation of individualized programs of rehabilitation for patients with neurological conditions.
- To provide clinical specialism to the team and offer support and guidance to colleagues.
- To contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of pathways in partnership with PT colleagues and other MDT colleagues.
Requirements:
- Post graduate experience in neurological clinical settings.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum
