About the Role

AVK-SEG UK Ltd is a leading provider of innovative power solutions for data centres and the financial sector in the UK and Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compliance Administration

Manage and oversee the work of compliance administrators to ensure effective compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compliance Policy Development

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.

Internal Audits and Inspections

Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Compliance Risk Management

Maintain a Compliance Risk Register to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.

Reporting and Compliance

Ensure compliance reports are completed and submitted on time to senior management.

Compliance Inductions

Oversee and support compliance inductions for new employees.

Annual Compliance Budgeting

Assist with annual compliance budgets and control annual spend.

Ad Hoc Support

Provide ad hoc support across the Compliance Division as required.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working within Compliance Management Positions
  • Experience of ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001 Standards
  • Proficiency in auditing management systems
  • IOSH Managing Safely (Desired)
  • Driving Licence
  • Flexibility for travel between sites
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organisational environment
