AVK-Seg is a leading provider of innovative power solutions for data centers and the financial sector in the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Compliance Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Aircraft Compliance Manager will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with regulatory bodies and external consultants, ensuring all notification and reporting requirements are met. This role will also involve developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee compliance administrators.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a Compliance Risk Register.
  • Ensure compliance reports are completed and submitted on time.
  • Oversee and support compliance inductions.
  • Assist with annual compliance budgets and control annual spend.
  • Provide ad hoc support across the Compliance Division.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within Compliance Management positions.
  • Experience of ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001 Standards.
  • Proficiency in auditing management systems.
  • IOSH Managing Safely (desired).
  • Driving license.
  • Flexibility for travel between sites.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organizational environment.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm and ambition.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
