About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Security department, you will be responsible for managing complex technical and strategic projects that contribute to our Cyber Security Strategic direction.

You will have complete end-to-end delivery responsibility from inception, scoping, and building case preparation through design, build, and test before overseeing deployment and handover to operations. Our projects follow a formal governance process using the Vodafone Project Delivery Lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of delivering major technology projects and programmes with budgets in excess of £1m. You should be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and self-organisation, with excellent conflict resolution and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Initiating and helping to shape medium/small work streams and projects, engaging with all stakeholders at the appropriate level
  • Ensuring the delivery of agreed project deliverables to plan and within budget
  • All core Project Management activities including project planning, risk management, change management, financial governance, stakeholder, and supplier management
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all team members, line managers, and colleagues across Cyber Security
  • Engaging with and managing appropriately all 3rd party suppliers and contractors
  • Contribute to dashboard reporting and status updates in relation to Project Delivery milestones and agreed KPIs and KRIs
  • Raise Risks & Issues for the Programme / Portfolio / Projects as appropriate

As a Cyber Security Project Manager at Vodafone, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
