About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Director to join our team at Lookers Edinburgh Audi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Director to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales and service leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
