Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage payroll groups, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payrolls.
  2. Provide a high level of customer service to associates and other stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Assist with routine system processing, including data entry and reconciliation.
  4. Support projects as required, utilizing technical skills and expertise to deliver results.
  5. Distribute final pay and payment run reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
