Aerospace CNC Production Specialist

CNC Miller Job Role:
As a CNC Miller at Holt Recruitment, you will be responsible for operating CNC Turning machines and processes in a safe and efficient manner. Key areas of focus include:
- Operating Mazak controls to produce parts in accordance with route cards and technical drawings.
- Applying knowledge of machining processes and best practices to achieve optimal results.
- Ensuring all parts meet schedule requirements and quality standards.
- Adhering to departmental procedures to maintain high-quality service.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including tool changes and equipment setup.
CNC Miller Requirements:
- Essential experience working with Mazak controls.
- Proven track record of working to tight tolerances.
- Ability to write programs from scratch.
- Proven ability to set up and operate production machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Confidently carrying out off-set changes, tooling, and cutting tip changes as required.
