Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the coordination of patient transport services across the UK. Reporting to the Deployment Team Leader, you will be responsible for booking management, crew dispatch, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

  • Coordinate crew dispatch and resource allocation efficiently
  • Maintain proficiency in IT systems and data management
  • Record all necessary information accurately
  • Handle complaints and compliments with professionalism

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills
