Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing the care needs of dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury
- Developing, implementing and evaluating care plans to meet individual patient needs
- Working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues

Requirements:

- NMC Registered Nurse qualification
- Experience in renal care or willingness to learn and develop skills in this area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
