Job Overview: Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our renal care unit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Salary: Up to £33,736.50 per annum (pro-rated) - competitive salary with opportunities for progression

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for renal care to work in our dynamic and supportive environment. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and developing care plans for patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury. You will also contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of our dialysis services.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC registration as a General/Learning Disability/Mental Health nurse
  • Experience working in a renal care setting, preferably with haemodialysis patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to continuous professional development
