Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Specialist Technical Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for our DevOps environment, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving escalated service desk tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical support issues related to RPA, Blue Prism, Power Apps, and M365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive complex application recoveries in a high-pressure environment.
  • Develop and implement solutions to resolve technical issues and improve system management.
  • Triage and coordinate complex issues to closure, including major incidents.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in RPA, Blue Prism, and M365.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex application recoveries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
