Senior Architect Job Opportunity

Hunter Dunning is seeking a skilled Senior Architect to join their team in Colchester, Essex. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading heritage and conservation schemes across all RIBA stages, with a focus on stages 4 and 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of heritage and conservation schemes
  • Take a lead role in project management
  • Support and manage junior team members
  • Work directly with clients
  • Produce design and technical drawings
  • Collaborate with the Senior Associates on each project

Requirements:

  • Part III qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
  • AABC accredited or willing to work towards it
  • Excellent technical skills and experience in delivering projects throughout all project stages
  • Strong understanding of the UK building and planning regulations
  • Proven experience across all RIBA stages
  • Strong design skills
  • Project management and project running experience
  • AutoCAD skills are essential, and Revit and NBS is very desirable
  • Eligible to work in the UK
