The Role: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Professional to join our team as a Workplace Furniture Account Manager. This role involves building relationships with dealers, growing sales through existing and target companies, and working in partnership with dealers to identify and win strategic major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with business objectives, resulting in significant growth in dealer sales.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key personnel at dealerships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Project Identification: Collaborate with dealers to identify and secure major projects, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Brand Awareness: Raise awareness of the KI brand among designers, identifying project opportunities and promoting our products.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the London workplace dealer market, including current trends and challenges.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
