This role is based at the Riverside Pharmacy, which is housed in the same building as Sleaford Medical Group. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing the team, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently, and implementing new initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including customer service, regulatory responsibilities, and efficiency
- Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order pharmaceutical supplies as needed
Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting would be ideal, but we would also consider people with strong management experience in other industries. Proficiency in IT systems used in pharmacy operations is also required.
