Job Title: Graduate Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Graduate Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring seamless onboarding of new businesses, including a comprehensive welcome call and induction
  • Providing dedicated support to customers, resolving any account-related queries and concerns
  • Booking regular service reviews with customers to discuss their needs and objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits on each account
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Developing new business opportunities with existing clients and identifying areas for improvement

What We Offer:
