Seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse in the Swansea area to provide direct patient care and administer medications.
We are looking for a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for performing patient observations, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, monitoring patient vital signs, providing support to patients and their families, and educating them to promote understanding and independence.
The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration, experience of administering S/C, IM or IV medications, SACT experience, a valid UK driving license, and the willingness to work autonomously.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £36,000 per annum (circa), car allowance up to £6,465 per annum, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), annual company bonus scheme, pension, generous Life Assurance package, private medical insurance, access to Employee Assistance Programme, counselling service and virtual GP service, reimbursement of NMC fees, uniform provided, ongoing training and support with revalidation, and opportunity to be SACT trained and assessed.
