HR Administrator Role

CMA Recruitment Group is assisting a professional business in Dorset to recruit an HR Administrator on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support the HR Team in delivering a HR service to the company, upholding confidentiality standards and advocating for best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generalist HR Administration, including managing the HR inbox and ensuring the HR Database is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assisting with HR reporting, including headcount, sickness absence, and monthly HR reports.
  • Onboarding new starters and dealing with employee queries.
  • Ad hoc HR project work, supporting the HR Manager as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a HR Administrative role.
  • Attention to detail and a supportive team player.
Additional Information:
  • CIPD Level 3 support offered.
  • Office-based role with flexibility considered after training.
  • Please state preferred hours of work when applying.
