As a key member of the hospital's nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's commitment to excellence.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in general nursing, with experience in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering excellent patient care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.

Clinical Duties:
  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, including medication management, wound care, and emotional support, while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and families.
  • Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols and promoting a culture of patient safety.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registration
  • At least 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years
  • Strong clinical knowledge, good initiative, and a proactive approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Honesty and integrity, and a caring patient-centred approach
