Full-Time Learning Support Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill a Full-Time Learning Support Position at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality education to students, focusing on developing their academic, social, and emotional skills.
Your duties will include assisting teaching staff in planning and delivering lessons, supporting students with special educational needs, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. You will also be responsible for preparing materials, managing resources, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the classroom.
This position offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities and a contributory pension scheme.
