Commercial Contract Manager

Caval Ltd seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage contracts from inception to completion, prepare accurate cost records, and optimize project budgets. This role is based in our north Sheffield office, handling groundworks and civil engineering projects.

We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience.
