This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse, in accordance with operational requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and reconciliation of warehouse operations, including deliveries and returns
  • Effective management of bulk and return deliveries, including coordination with C&D and LGV fleet
  • Support for bulk collection customer planning and LGV transport rules and regulations
  • Supervision of Saturday operations and site lockdown
  • Deployment of operational resources in accordance with work area requirements
  • Achievement of KPI targets in accordance with work area requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year working in a comparable or acting supervisory role
  • Knowledge of resource management and deployment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide, receive, and implement operational information and instruction
  • Good IT skills
