About the Role

This is a key position within our warehouse operation, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods through our sortation areas. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and reconciliation of warehouse operations, including deliveries and hold bay management
  • Efficient management of bulk and return deliveries, utilizing our C&D and LGV fleet
  • Support for bulk collection customer planning and LGV transport rules and regulations
  • Supervision of Saturday operations and site lockdown procedures
  • Effective deployment of operational resources in accordance with work area requirements
  • Achievement of KPI targets in accordance with work area requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a comparable or acting supervisory role
  • Knowledge of resource management and deployment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive operational information and instruction
  • Good IT skills
