Key Responsibilities- Manage intermediate-level tasks and associated deliverables, and/or support the Associate Director with activities to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project and program management operations.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support teams across broad business projects and business units, ensuring the best project outcome.

- Produce design and authorities programs to be integrated with procurement and delivery programs.
- Deliver project objectives, lead and manage the project team and stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Actively adhere to appropriate health, safety, and wellbeing standards aspects across the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and modify project plans and updates, and ensure relevant over the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project timeframes, ensuring the success of delivery of programs, highlighting risks, challenges, and mitigations, managing project budgets, aligned to plan/agreed returns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure robust quality systems are in place, suitably managed and monitored in line with service excellence.
- Lead and record relevant meetings, providing stakeholders contextual information and analysis, including regular site walks.
- Partner with stakeholders and actively manage risk management and mitigation treatments.
- Ensure all approved handover documentation is coordinated and provided prior to practical completion.

- Proven experience in project management, managing small to medium, and large-sized projects.

- Advanced proficiency in communicating, coordinating activities, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Proven understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
- Display strong communication and negotiation skills to support the client/customer focus.

- Proven competency that understands construction methodologies and sequencing.
- Proficient knowledge and expertise in specific sector/market of project/role.

- Knowledge of consultancy, construction, infrastructure, and property sectors/markets and an understanding of estimating, scheduling, contracts administration, procurement, commercial controls, and reporting.

- MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS (or working towards) or local equivalent.
- Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction-related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
- Appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
