Cumberland Council is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Performance and Insight Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective collection, management, and deployment of data and evidence in our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve data governance, data management structures, and processes to support the Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC)
- Lead analysis of evidence aligned to the HDRC Research Priorities and support Research Officers in undertaking research projects
- Develop and manage a data analytics system compliant with local and national statutory data reporting requirements
- Assist with the identification and implementation of interoperable system solutions to enable integrated working
- Develop and maintain recording and reporting mechanisms using appropriate software
- Participate in directorate programmes and projects as directed by the Performance and Insight Manager
