We are seeking an experienced Foundation Studies trainer to join our team at the Luminate Education Group. As an English and Maths trainer, you will be responsible for creating bespoke learning experiences for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role involves developing and implementing teaching and learning resources, as well as assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.

Key skills required for this position include experience working with SEND students, good knowledge of facilitating the delivery of Literacy and Numeracy, and an understanding of job preparation processes and strategies to support SEND students with Maths and English. Additionally, you should have a strong ability to develop effective relationships with students, parents, and carers.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,755 - £24,788 per annum, commencing at £22,755 with progression to £24,788 per annum.
