Job Title: Digital HR Operations Specialist - Central London

We are seeking an experienced HR and Office Manager to join our team at Rem Associates Ltd. in Central London.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our leadership team with all aspects of HR processes and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing confidential personnel records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Full accountability for monthly payroll accuracy, working closely with our payroll provider to ensure correctness.
  • Pension compliance, employee queries, and benefits administration.
  • Developing and communicating HR policies to colleagues, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Liaising with various teams and departments to maintain smooth office operations, including business communications, office services, and management of documentation.
  • Ensuring day-to-day office operations run efficiently, acting as a first point of contact, welcoming visitors, and managing office supplies.
  • Designing and implementing procedures to adapt to business needs, reviewing and enforcing policies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Authorizing personal expenses, managing the business expense policy, and overseeing office-related invoices and expenses budget.
Requirements:
  • At least [£40,000-£55,000] per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
  • A proven track record as an HR and Office Manager or similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic finance principles.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Certification in CPID (Certified Payroll Insurance Diploma) or equivalent would be advantageous.
