Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
  • Conduct thorough market mapping for specific searches, including the creation of tailored candidate pipelines for clients.
  • Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Support the preparation and posting of job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting, data analysis, and tracking of recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and hiring managers as needed.
