About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Systems Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for our clients in the energy sector. As a Power Systems Engineer - Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our team members, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Power Systems team, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with our quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in power systems, including grid code compliance, high-level modeling, and energy network regulations.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Lead the development of technical documentation, including feasibility studies, concept designs, and technical analysis.
  • Collaborate with our project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, including changes to grid codes, regulations, and technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in power systems engineering, with a strong understanding of grid code compliance, high-level modeling, and energy network regulations.
  • Excellent technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of industry developments, including changes to grid codes, regulations, and technologies.
