About the Role

We seek an experienced Family Support Professional to join our team supporting children living away from their family homes. This role plays a crucial part in achieving permanence through adoption, special guardianships, and long-term fostering. You will also contribute to care plans and prepare young people for adulthood.

  • Focus on positive outcomes using a relational approach
  • Engage and support families with motivational interviewing
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of no more than 18 children, offering meaningful support
  • Receive individual supervision and ongoing professional development

Our Salary Package includes £35,745 - £46,464 per annum plus a Recruitment Bonus. Based in Oxfordshire, you'll be working towards making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
