About the Role

As a keyworker, you will play a vital role in ensuring every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs. You will take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children, providing developmentally challenging next steps.

Requirements

  • Level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification
  • Previous Experience Working with Children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Assistant
