Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Bedford Elstow is a warm and welcoming environment where children can thrive. As a Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners.

What to Expect

  • As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs
  • Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements
