Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at DO & CO. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury airline catering facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance projects.
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failure and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Inspect and maintain building systems, including heating, ventilation, and plumbing.
  • Order spare parts and materials as needed.
  • Document performance and repairs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with external contractors as needed.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed-upon timelines and manage workload accordingly.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
  • Prioritize business needs and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
  • Experience with electrical, AC, and plumbing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance.
  • Effective budgeting and performance management.
  • Fantastic organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data-driven approach.
  • Strong numerical reasoning ability.
  • Ability to organize time effectively and prioritize tasks.
