Salary Information

Job Description
  • Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Make recommendations to customers and answer any questions, showcasing your knowledge of our menu offerings.
  • Take orders from customers with precision and efficiency, processing payments accurately on the cash register.
  • Ensure the display is always well-stocked, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage stock levels and identify ordering requirements, supporting the catering team in delivering exceptional food experiences.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations and Food Handling & Hygiene standards, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress within contract catering, 5* hotel or fine dining brasserie.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others, demonstrated through your interactions with colleagues and customers.
  • A passionate, friendly, diligent, and great team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness, with a flexible approach to work and good organizational skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for great-tasting food, with a willingness to learn and grow in your role.
