Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Agency Life Management: Understand and manage the nuances of agency life, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • HR Strategy and Initiatives: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Management: Perform all bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and forecasting under the guidance of the CFO.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in HR and bookkeeping roles.
  • Agency Operations Understanding: Strong understanding of agency operations and culture.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in bookkeeping software and HR management systems.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits

Salary range between £24,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience and days worked.
