Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at Age UK Saffron Walden shop. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of employees and volunteers, providing a high-quality retail service, and ensuring every customer has a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of employees and volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions.
- A 35 hour working week.
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday allowance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a performance-driven retail environment, with a proven track record of managing people and achieving sales targets. You will also need to be able to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg's and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
