Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Age UK Saffron Walden shop, a boutique retail store offering high-end brands and vintage clothing. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team, providing a high-quality retail service, and ensuring every customer has a great shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a performance-driven retail environment, managing people, and lifting bags of stock up to 10kg. They will also have strong drive to achieve results through others, ability to delegate, coach, and listen, and experience of communicating with a diverse workforce and customer base.
We offer a 35-hour working week, 25 days holiday + bank holiday allowance, a generous pension, and great discounts and rewards through Blue Light Card and BenefitHub.
