About the Role

Métier, a luxury leather goods house, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the ecommerce department, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the company's online brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain weekly ecommerce performance reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce, commercial, and brand teams to create engaging content and campaigns for the website.
  • Assist in the upload process of new products, including briefing and gathering necessary assets and information.
  • Monitor stock availability and update Notify Me and Pre Orders as necessary.
  • Work with the ecommerce executive to update visual merchandising in line with sales data and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor SEO integrity of the website and all new content, 404, and dead links.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in ecommerce trading and online retail, preferably in a small to medium business.
  • Proven experience with building reports, merging multiple data sets, and making analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Computer and technically literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and specifically Excel.
  • Basic skills in Photoshop.
