Assistant Business Manager - Gucci Job Description
The Assistant Business Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Manager to deliver exceptional sales results and ensure excellence in execution for the account.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Business Manager to coach and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company benchmarks
- Building strong relationships with customers to influence and sell, as well as upsell
- Leading by example and being a brand ambassador, protecting the equity for Coty brands and adhering to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
- Utilizing iPad for email, reporting, and VM guidelines
- Demonstrating commercial awareness, including Coty business performance, competitor activity, and market share
About the Team
The team consists of a Gucci Business Manager, an Assistant Business Manager, and 2 Brand Ambassadors, working closely with the Retail Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, National Account Manager, Regional Education Ambassador, and Area Manager.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience leading and supporting a team within beauty
- Knowledge and experience in makeup artistry
- A strong sales background, with a proven track record of working towards and managing targets
- Ability to build strong relationships with Business Manager, Store Managers, and Area Manager
