The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic FOH Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable time at Boom Battle Bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Host Desk Operations: Manage the host desk, greet guests, and take bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Game Hosting: Host all games and activities on offer, ensuring that guests have a fun and engaging experience.
- Food and Beverage Service: Take and run food and drink orders on the main floor, providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Bar Service: Tend bar, serving a range of premium drinks and cocktails in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience working in a large-scale hospitality, leisure, or entertainment setting is essential.
- Games Hosting: Experience hosting games and activities is desirable.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent people skills, with a wicked and memorable personality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work late nights and weekends is required.
- Passion for Hospitality: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing outstanding hospitality is essential.
