About our Pets Grooming Salons

We're looking for passionate individuals who share our love for pets to join our team as Pet Groomers or Trainee Specialists in Northallerton. Our Pets Grooming salons are a critical part of our Pet Care Centres, and we're committed to providing the best possible service to our customers.

The Role

As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grooms to our customers' pets. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their pets' needs and preferences, and you'll use your expertise to provide a tailored grooming experience. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and following our company's quality standards.

The Assistant Stylist Role

As an Assistant Stylist, you'll work under the guidance of our experienced Pet Groomers to develop your skills and knowledge. You'll assist with preparing and clipping dogs for grooming, handling equipment, and pre-grooming preparation. You'll also have the opportunity to learn from our certified iPet Level 3 training programme and qualification.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are passionate about delivering great service, flexible, and able to work a variety of shifts across 6 days a week. You'll need experience of working with or handling dogs in a professional dog grooming or pet care environment.

Your Benefits

We offer a competitive base pay, with opportunities to earn the Real Living Wage through our Earn As You Learn training programmes. You'll also receive a minimum contract of 32 hours, annual bonus, at least 28 days paid annual leave, extra day off for your birthday, life assurance, and company pension contribution of 4%.
