About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Dog Groomer or Trainee to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a Dog Groomer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pet grooming services to our customers, ensuring their pets receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pet grooming services, including bathing, clipping, and styling.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with the grooming team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience working with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Basic knowledge of pet grooming techniques and equipment.
