Job Overview:

Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Southwark. This is a contract position with a scope for extension, working full-time hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that facilities used by staff and service users are safe and in working order. This includes site-based facilities management tasks such as building staffing, reception, and administrative support.

Prominent responsibilities include responding promptly and confidently to emergency or urgent property management issues, resolving them quickly and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will possess administrative experience working for a local authority and have experience working within Youth & Play.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To support the youth and play teams on all site-based facilities management tasks.
  • To ensure buildings are staffed at key times, including school holidays.
  • To respond promptly and confidently to emergency or urgent property management issues.

Salary: £16.00 per hour (umbrella), based on 25 hours of work per week. We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
